Your question will be if in DeskProto you need to define the rotation axis along X or along Y. That setting can be found in the machine definition (Options > Library of machines > select machine and press Edit > button Advanced settings): a checkbox named "Machine with 4th axis parallel to Y".For an explanation you can press the Help button, which will explain this option using the image shown above.
