This includes appointment requests and responses. You can act on any message class that IMS recognizes.Since IPM.NOTE.RIGHTFAX is not a known message class, IMS is unable to act on it. We must limit the message classes in this way to ensure that IMS does not run into issues when trying to act on non-standard item that may be missing information required to process it. To my view the voice mail attachment is as much a part of a Topic as emails so I wish to file them the same way. 2025-04-05Moderator: ClearContext Support How to uninstall and reinstall CC Hi,Am using the CC IMS trial (v3.05 I think) and for some reason it simply stopped working today.I thought I would uninstall and reinstall but I have been unable to completely uninstall.After going through the uninstall process I still have a menu item in OL titled Clear Context but it has no active menu items.
