The other sounds like it's some kind of really low bandwidth thing(Voxware metavoice). I seem to recall some Vox codecs used to get installed on older versions of windows as part of the Netmeeting stuff, you could try running conf to install/setup netmeeting and see if that adds the Vox codecs that you need. This MS page seems to imply though that those codecs might already be installed? you know which Vox file it might be?Also try looking for converters, there seem to be many converter options as opposed to straight codecs, unless you have need to play directly from the format?
