Install RStudio ServerRStudio Server is a Linux application that provides a web-based interface to R on a server. Install RStudio DesktopRStudio Desktop is an IDE for standalone machines. C.1 About RStudio Describes RStudio. RStudio is a free, open source Integrated Development Environment (IDE) for R. RStudio is available under GNU Affero General Public License (AGPL). You can use RStudio with Oracle Machine Learning for R, however RStudio is not included with OML4R. If you want to use RStudio, you must install and license it separately. C.2 Install RStudio Server RStudio Server is a Linux application that provides a web-based interface to R on a server. To install RStudio Server for use with Oracle Machine Learning for R: Go to the RStudio website and navigate to the RStudio Server Download page. Download the server to your Linux system and follow the installation instructions. Create the file /etc/rstudio/rserver.conf. Add the values of R_HOME and ORACLE_HOME. sudo vi /etc/rstudio/rserver.conf rsession-ld-library-path=R_HOME/lib:ORACLE_HOME/libNote: The default value of R_HOME on Linux is /usr/lib64/R.
