OK. The PSE 15 Organizer stopped working today.The error message I receive is:"Elements Organizer is not currently licensed. Please launch Photoshop Elements Editor to update this licensing information."There are two boxes to click: "Photoshop Elements Editor" or "Quit"No matter what I click, the Editor launches and functions, but there is no option anywhere to input the serial number I have purchased. I have signed out of my Adobe ID and re-signed back in. I have closed the software, re-booted, and started it again. The Organizer gives me the same "license your software" error message each time. The Editor shows me nowhere to input the serial number that I HAVE!The forums are no help. The Adobe instructions for "converting PSE 15 trial to licensed software" instruct me to input my software within a dialog box that I can not find and that does not appear, no matter what I do.I have purchased countless amounts of software from Adobe and have had consistent subscriptions for years and years, including a current one for Creative Cloud.Why can't Adobe associate my Adobe ID with my purchased serial number for this software AUTOMATICALLY upon purchase, so that I do not have to go through this EVERY TIME??? I have been on hold, waiting for someone from Customer Service to pick me up for 40 minutes. This is crazy.Please help.
