I put money in my account the next day to put my balance back in the green. It took them 2 days to finally clear the check that I deposited. Then they said they were "holding" $440 which, even though I have a positive account balance, I still have negative funds available. They said it would be fixed by midnight. The next day it still wasn't fixed. My account has now been negative for 4 days. As soon as they finally get around to fixing my account I WILL be closing my account. Product: IBC Bank CheckingComment cturnerdon1998November 15, 2022 • @cturnerdon19981 Star RatingI have a checking account with them and had some fraudulent charges and they gave me money back for them and over a month later took the back out of my checking account and I have called the fraud department several times to handle the issue but they keep closing the case after 48 hours, which is the time they tell you to give to get the fax and then say they never received the fax I have sent the same fax four different time. My wife and I have been having problems with them. We had a decent amount of deposits that was a total sum of thousands of dollars. Ever since then, they have flagged ALMOST EVERYTHING as fraudulent. We have had to call every couple of days because they locked our cards as fraudulent. It is OUR money, why are we having to call every 2 days to explain what we are spending. Keep in mind they do NOT call, email or text to see if it’s actually us, they just lock the card. We have a freshman in college, thousands of miles a way and can’t access OUR money. You know how nerve racking that is. DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!! DO NOT USE THIS BANK. I only gave them 1 star because I had to to submit this review.
