Cj tires york pa

#1 Hi, new to forum and jeeps. I have been looking for a CJ7 for some time now and came across an 86 that has been sitting sense 1993 with only 25000 miles on it. As for the tires Id go with some 31 x 10.5 x 15 Bfg All Terrains. It looks like your springs have held up good and they should fit fine. Id test fit one if you think its going to be close. Maybe use a buddy's spare or pick up one off Craigslist for cheap. That is one nice looking Cj , even with the stripe to nowhere. #4 Nice jeep. Low mileage and already so close to stock, I agree you should keep it close to stock but I would go with slightly larger tires.
