Marinate fish with salt, egg, flour and corn flour. Now fry with 3 tbsp oil and set aside. Heat a little oil in a wok over medium heat. Add garlic paste, pickled spice mix , crushed cumin and coriander seeds. Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes. Then add chopped onion,boiled chopped tomatoes, turmeric, crushed red pepper, lemon juice, soaked plum and ½ cup of water. Cover and cook on low flame for 6-7 minutes.
