We have deployed EPM add-in version 10.0 SP 30 Patch 2. Facing issue in Citrix, when users logging into SAP BPC web interface(IE) and try to launch Excel, it does nothing. Not launching, no error too.It used to work earlier but now its not, not sure what caused this issue. The add in loads fine when launching the Excel directly. But in Windows 7 Desktop, it launches fine.No issues. Issue only in Citrix. Office version - Office 2010. Any help would be great. Hello,I didn't find anything that was directly related to Citrix. It is possible that it has nothing to do with Citrix but some configuration on Citrix that is different from other client machines.From what I have found so far this could happen if there are incompatibility between IE, Windows and Office in terms of 64-bit vs. 32-bit.
