2025-04-05Trying to update software on iMac (Retina 5K, Late 2015) model to Sonoma. On the App Store it says it is compatible with this Mac so unsure why when I go to update it says it isn't? When i check for a software update, it indicates there are no further pdates. I suspect that what I need to do is upgrade the system to macos ventura or monterey, but i cannot figure out how to do that.
