Her 1st basic ability New Moon is a single-targeted damaging skill that deals 140% of her own Attack as damage. She has a 40% chance of inflicting a Hypnotize debuff on the enemy for 1 turn that will put them to sleep and render them useless. If the targeted ally’s HP is below 50%, then heals all allies for 4% of her own MAX HP. Luna’s 2nd active ability Moonlight is an AOE targeted buffing skill that gives all allies an Increased Resistance buff for 1 turn while also increasing their turn-meter by 15% each.
