Is the itunes store down

Hubby checked on his itunes account on his PC and its doing the same thing. Apple should post something letting people know to expect errors etc. so that people know whats going on and don't think something is wrong with computer/ipod/ etc. Its been down for hours here, sure hope its fixed soon.. i wanna get some new apps Mar 7, 2010 8:19 AM in response to trgleason iTunes Store is down in Qatar. I was on my Dad's iPhone when the app store just stopped loading, and that was about 3 hours ago. Now my iTunes won't load, saying it's temporarily unavailable. I wish they would hurry up. Just wondering: Like a web browser, if there any way to view the music, videos, etc. you've visited in the iTunes Store over time? Like the Safari History menu in the iTunes Store? Just wondering. The most iTunes can do is simply remember the last handful of pages you visited, and you can go back and forth between them in the upper left hand corner. Also, you can click and hold down the mouse button on the back or forward arrow, to see a longer list of pages you recently visited. However, that is the extent of iTunes remembering what pages you went to. If you think you stumble across some content you'll want to go back to, maybe try adding certain items to your Wish List, which you can access at any time from the home page or account drop down menu, iTunes Store Browsing History
