After a while, Code Factory decided to discontinue the development of Eloquence for Android, as it did not generate the expected profits. The high price and the use of cracks contributed to the lack of sales.Phones that still support 32-bit apps can still run Eloquence. However, the days until it reaches silence on Android are counted. Now Eloquence is speaking loud and clear on iOS devices instead.Voxygen:Many will still remember Voxygen for its funny voices like the voice of a wich. but SVoxen wasn’t only a developer of funy voices. it had also some good human-like voices. The number of supported languages was not that big but the voices were of the cheaper voices available for android. Some voices like the Arabic Adel, which maybe the only supported none-latn language were of a nice quality. After years, the company stopped the development to focus more on voices for comercial use by companies. As other outdated software, it is expected for the Voxygen voices to stop working at anytime.Others worth mentioning:Loquendo TTS engine, known for its unique way of expressing emojis, had a brief debut on Android that didn’t last long. I personally didn’t have the chance to test any Loquendo voices.A much shorter appearance was made by the Speak TTS. It offered a few voices across multiple languages but was never able to work properly. IVONA TTS, ACAPELA TTS etc. Since lots of curious users are permanently asking, how to install to Onyx Boox M96 and T68 some apps, which are not visible in Play Store by default because of compatibility issue, I have here some more detailed instructions:First step - root your device:download this program: it on your PC.USB debugging mode on your Boox must be on (is on by default). You can check it in apps->settings>developer options.Connect your Boox to this PC.Start RunMe.bat in unzipped folder. You will see a DOS window. Select option "1. New Standard-Root (thx Ariel Berkman)" and enter.You will be asked to confirm backup operation. On Boox click on "Backup my data" once.In DOS window you will be asked to "press any key" and afterwards to confirm RESTORE MY DATA. Click "Restore my data" on Boox and afterwards go back to DOS window on PC and press "Any Key".You Boox will reboot. After rebooting of Boox press Any Key in DOS window again. Your Boox will reboot a second time. After reboot is all done. YOur boox is rooted now. If you don't have Any Key on your keyboard, please ask your PC seller for proper keyboard with this special key ;-)You already can install some useful apps, which require root mode. (E.g. my first choice could be AdAway)Second stepDownload and install on your Boox this magic application: insure WiFi of your Boox is on and you are connected with your Google account to the internet.Start Market Helper.
