How to verify Enter your phone number. Tap Get OTP to request a code. Enter the 6-digit code you receive via SMS. If you didn't receive the 6-digit code by SMS Wait for OTP. View contacts JioMeet quickly and easily recognizes which of your contacts are using JioMeet by accessing your phone's address book. Open JioMeet and tap on call icon > Pull down to refresh. Troubleshooting If you can't see your contacts: Make sure you have allowed JioMeet to access your phone's contacts in your phone's Settings app. In your phone's address book, make sure that all accounts and groups are set to "visible" or "viewable". Video Call Making video calls You can make video calls to your contacts using JioMeet for free. Video calling uses your phone’s internet connection rather than your cellular plan’s voice minutes. Amidst the upsurge in video calls during the lockdown, Reliance confirmed that it is days away from launching its own video conferencing app called JioMeet. The app will have features that would make it ideal for corporate as well as personal use. So, watch out Zoom , there is more competition coming. In addition to the basic work-from-home video conferencing feature, JioMeet will allow users to consult doctors virtually to get prescriptions, order medicines and get lab test results online.
