I bought an HP Laser Jet 500 Color MFP M570dn printer. I installed the drivers downloaded from the HP driver version 15.0.1530.1130 website on my HP EliteBook 850G1 computer according to the instructions. For the first few days, the printer printed duplex PDF files. I have the Adobe acrobat reader DC 2021.007.20099 64 bit version installed. I tried all possible alternatives, I uninstalled the printer, reinstalled, of course I restarted the computer every time, but it didn't help. I also tried to install a previous version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, it didn't help either. Then I tried to print a duplex pdf file from my son's computer, he has Adobe Acrobat Pro DC version installed: 2015.023.20070 and he printed a duplex pdf file from his computer in order.
