I am still trying to narrow down a cause for this issue. It still happens, but not very frequently so it is difficult to troubleshoot. As soon as I reboot the problem goes away and it can be days or weeks before it occurs again. It does not seem to be related to any of the suggestions posted, but again it is difficult to determine. Thanks for all your help.
