Try using a different USB port to rule out a port issue. Test the webcam on another computer to determine if the issue is specific to your computer or the webcam itself.Update HP Accessory Center: Make sure you have the latest version of the HP Accessory Center. Visit the HP website or the Microsoft Store to check for updates.Update Webcam Drivers: Go to the Device Manager (you can search for it in the Windows search box).
