compatibility issue with active sync - Microsoft Community

Hello everyone i downloaded some high res artwork and changed it in some music files, they appear right in the player but when i synce them to the android device (lg g5) it shows the old artwork, i have tried everything i could find on this issue and nothing works.When you open the files properties with windows the high res artwork is there but when i check it on the phone the old low res artwork is still there.1.- i have embedded the picture in the music file and rescanned the artworks2.- i have set embedded pictures as the highest priority in the "album artwork retrieval filter" tab3.- in "devices" i have the "embed artwork in the music file" option checked and the "do not copy artwork" unchecked4.- i have reset the artwork cache multiple times but it doesnt do anything noticeable5.- i deleted the files in the phone and re-synced again but nothing changed5.- i edited the artwork tag with another software (dBpoweramp) and had some success with 3 files but tried it with other files and didnt work again (it seems to change the artwork randomly between the old and new pictures)any help would be appreciated!
