It crazy everyone else can see it in plaid. You call same rude people and no one knows the problem. They need to check their system with plaid.Everybody at the Minute Loan Center is very helpful in fulfilling my loan request needs.Very unethical business practices and will reap what they sow. May the system continue to fall. It is very apparent they are ran by automated systems to run someone's card out of nowhere and no communication was provided. I feel sorry for Jennifer, whom I spoke with in the phone as her lack of empathy will bless her. This company like others are predatory and may they consume everything they spew. With no warning took over $200 out of my account with no notice or contact. The only contact was a text everyday around noon telling me what was owed. I knew what was owed but have been going through some circumstances. Yesterday I was getting a money order fir my rent and they had took my money. Called customer service and the woman try to get smart with me saying we all having hard times I said well if my rent not paid can I stay with you? Speechless she hung up. I will never recommend this to anyone. Find loan apps like Dave, Brigit for small loans there is no interest and I recommend.Very helpful They are very nice and friendly.
