What we learned In this section, we walked through all the necessary steps to ensure your Unity development environment is up to date and ready to start building a Mixed Reality experience. Of note, is that after you install the Mixed Reality Toolkit (later in chapter 4) there are some Menu commands in the editor to help speed things along. These will pre-populate most of the setup here to get you there quicker. It’s important you know what this involves in case you run in to issues!
