I have recently bought the 140 plate from fuse audio. they have a sale on at the moment and I'm looking at preamps to replace my Acustica plugins.Anyone have anything good or bad to say about them?Did the developer work for Black rooster or was it Plugin alliance? he seems to know his stuff and replied to my post in the 140 thread. After NAMM last year, as we were working on the HG-Q, an idea popped into our heads that lead us to rethink our entire approach to implementing certain aspects of it. The result is that it set us back an entire year but the end result not only addressed all of the things people asked for and added insane flexibility, it actually takes it well into what we believe is the future of gear. It’s such a big step forward that we expect to implement the same approach in everything we do moving forward. We’re getting ready to start testing different tubes and op amps next week so we’re making great progress. Sorry for the delay but we promise that it will be well worth it.
