Moderators: admin, Piotr, adam stantheman1 No graphics I have been using Powerkaraoke software for several years and have been very pleased with the programme apart from one minor problem that occasionally happens. I did try to asort this problem out a few years ago through direct emails to the company, but the problem was never resolved so I am trying again to get the problem sorted out through this forum.And the problem is: when I am playing karaoke tracks, stored in CDG and MP3 format on my computer or external memory, occasionally the lyrics box will not appear on my screen although I can hear the music playing. As I cannot see the lyrics box it follows that, even when the music has finished playing, I cannot close down Player Pro to play another song. Every thing I try always results in a box appearing saying that Power CDG player is already open/running. The only way that I can then play any other karaoke track is by closing the computer down and restarting. Rather annoying when it happens. I have always downloaded the latest edition of Player Pro and the same problem has occured on my previous computer and my current laptop.
