Watch stopped working two weeks after warranty was out. My phone was a year old, bought same time as watch. Was told if I bought a new Apple Watch, wouldn’t work with my year old phone......so I bought a new one. This year it is acting up after 14 months. I have an iPhone X and I won’t going to details but it wasn’t working. Protech sent me out a new phone but advised me to plug my old phone in anyway. I plug the old phone in and it worked so I sent the new one back. Two days later my iPhone X got real hot and was stuck in one screen and I could not turn it off or do anything. Protec assisted me in the phone and it finally did work. However, Even though they did not see the original new phone back in the office yet, they sent me a new phone. This is to replace my phone which they say may be damaged since overheated. I was only charged the deductible one time. I praise the staff at Protech for their excellent customer service and assistance. Two days before all this happened I was going to take my insurance off my phones, Watches, ipad mini and iPad Pro.
