It is a registry and folder/file compare utility that allows you to quickly take a snapshot of your system and then compare it with a second one, done after doing system changes or installing a new software product. The changes report can be produced in TEXT or HTML format and contains a list of all modifications that have taken place between snapshot1 and snapshot2.The system contains several programs:1 - Primo, which is used to monitor changes.2 - Chkunin, which is used to check for left-over registy entries and files/folders if you un-install a system. It also produces a .REG file to delete registry entries, and a .BAT files to delete folders and files.3 - A .VBS file called "Not Monitored List.vbs" and a batch file called "Create_Not_Monitored_list.bat" that are used to create a list of folders and files on the drive you want to monitor in a file called "not_monitored_list.txt". You can edit this file and change it if you need to. @ Read the documentation before you run Primo for the 1st time. Simple batch file to change a registy value

September 11, 2007, 3:01pm 1 Ever since I’ve switched from ZoneAlarm Free to the Comodo Firewall, I have been impressed. And impressed. And impressed. Time and time again, Comodo manages to meet and execide what I hope was to be possible for free.However, I have used Comodo Backup since 1.0.0.1 (I believe was the edition) and loved it too. Seeing nothing wrong with updating myself, I deleted it off my system to install the newest version. However, every time I click the installer, it comes up withYou Seem to be have Comodo Backup installed using an older version of installer. Please go to “Start->Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs” and please un-install Comodo Back up The thing is… I don’t use that method. As a CCleaner fan, I used it to remove the program. And delete the registry keys.If someone could drop me an e-mail at paul.davies0 [ at ] gmail.com to help, that would be wonderful. I rarely use these forums, but I am aware of their existance.
