New 19 Nov 2010 #1 Sisoft Sandra 2011 Trial Not responding! HiI'm using W7 Ultimate 64 bit and I could not start Sisoft Sandra Lite 2011a (17.20).The process of installation finishes without any problems, but when I run Sisoft Sandra nothing happens. It shows start screen, but after that nothing happens. When I click on Sisoft Sandra window, it said "Program Not responding" In task manager I see 2 processes connected with Sisoft Sandra.Any advice.ThanksNew W7 userEdin New 20 Nov 2010 #2 Welcome to Seven Forums ehasanov. I have been using Sisift Sandra for years, and have had this happen twice when updating to the newest version. Going back to the previous version always worked again, and then when the next new version came out, it again worked. So twice I ended up leapfrogging a version. BTW I currently am using Sandra Lite 2011 (17.20) with no problems, so it is hit or miss depending on individual systems. I have been working on installing a SSD as the boot drive for my Windows 7 system. This involved setting the system up to use AHCI, so I had to do some fancy stepping since my system was installed using IDE.I used Sandra to bench my system. You might try specifically adding it to the exceptions list of your firewall or AV product.
