So think media

Think tanks are often where the research originates that media then condenses and reports on. So if you're leary of the media, rather than going to Facebook, X, Tik Tok or Instagram pick a think tank as your source of information! So FileBot thinks it's moving the files? But somehow the files FileBot thinks have been moved are still in the original location? Media files should be moved, and left behind

Larger questions we have to ask ourselves and have to ask him. And his track record has shown, especially outside of the US, that he is not a defender of free speech. How does this conversation dovetail with the incoming Trump administration and its approach to journalism and press freedom? We're talking, you know, just after a weekend where ABC News settled with Donald Trump defamation lawsuit, like, is there going to be a chilling effect that kind of settles throughout journalism? True. What do you think about that? You know, I think the big thing to think about is that two of the bigger social platforms in this country, X and to a smaller degree true social, are now run by people very close to the Trump administration. Right. You know, President elect Trump and you have Elon Musk. And those people have a big vested interest in not just their platforms doing well, but also and having their viewpoints do well in terms of getting a lot of attention. And they are often in conflict with independent reporting, right? Mainstream reporting, legacy media. You know, Elon has said many times we are the media now in terms of Elon and X users are the media. They don't need the mainstream media. They think the legacy media is lying. And, you know, President elect Trump has has said many similar things before. So, you know, we're now getting to a point where the the angry words are becoming more than that. And they are becoming, you know, lawfare and lawsuits and and legal threats. And so I think there are there is the potential for a chilling effect when journalists not only have to, you know, cover these people without fear or favor, but also, you know, potentially share their information on those same platforms and work in the same city where the government is based. So, yeah, I think I think it's a big deal. Do you guys personally worry about any retribution? Like it's one thing to be kicked off a social media platform, but it's another thing, like you said, to have the weight of government and the potential of legal action coming down. Well, I. So I might be the only person on here who has gotten in a legal entanglement with with Elon. He tried to depose me at one point in 2018, 2019 for my reporting. I wasn't party to the case, but he tried to. Bring me in and have me deposed. I mean, that alone is is is kind of scary. You know, you don't want to be put into a situation where your self as a reporter can be questioned. You can have your work scrutinized. I remember just even that process, you know, we had to engage a lawyer. It's expensive and it's it's time consuming and it really gets in the way of your work. And I do think that's that's worrying. You know, he is the most Lot of time working with our customers to ensure it was at the gold standard before we were getting it out the door. And then secondly, at the event, we announced in a cryptic way that to get into the redesign, you had to click seven... Oh, actually, we didn’t say it explicitly, but I think it might be public knowledge. If you go on TikTok now, you click seven times on “For You,” and you go through this magical portal and get what number you are going through the portal. So it’s like, “You’re number 1 million through the portal.” We only opened it for the first million customers that went through it, and so there was 48 hours of frenzy to get in.The great thing about it was that all of these social media influencers were showing Canva’s glow-up and training their community on how to use it, which I think was really helpful. People were seeing it and getting familiar with it beforehand, and we’re going to open the door up more soon. But it was very valuable to be able to build it firstly in conjunction with our community, get their feedback, and open the door just a little to let them in and get people excited about it and also to get them sharing it with their community in the early days. You mentioned social media influencers and people training their communities. I think about that world, and I think almost entirely about how in mobile software, for whatever reason, you don’t see a lot of social media influencers in front of a 27-inch monitor doing stuff on desktop. Do you think of Canva as mobile software? Do you think of it as a web app? Where does it live primarily in your head?As I mentioned, CanvaYoure So Smart Think GIF - Youre So Smart Think Just Think
It for me. Member Okay, if Toast is an El Sucko way of burning SVCD, what IS the best way of dealing with SVCD? I have several eps of TV shows that I cannot burn to a viewable format on a VCD.VCDToolsX, no go,ffmpegX, no go,VCDBuilder, no go,I've tried converting the files using every possible idea or converter I can think of, and can't get a file that burns at all, they burn, and I get junk onscreen. But I know my player isn't the problem because it plays commercial VCDs and the VCDs my friend makes on his PC.So if my problem isn't my player, isn't my media, and isn't my burn speed, the only other thing I can think of is the method I use to make my MPEGs or BIN files, or Toast. I will try one more method for making MPEGs/BIN,. Think tanks are often where the research originates that media then condenses and reports on. Work as expected but my headphones wouldn't (they wouldn't seem to do anything at all). With the new plugin, my keyboard button works properly with the plugin enabled but now my headphone buttons don't work (it appears they act as double click now because when I click them I hear a small stutter. Do you use Google Chrome? It can cause a conflict with the Media Control. No, I use firefox. Rather than disabling the player controls in the plugin, i will look to make a change in MusicBee itself. I think what is going on is Microsoft made a change so the media control overlay now captures media keys. So MusicBee captures the media key and so does the media control overlay, which the plugin (in the previous version) was sending to MusicBee and hence doubling the effect in MusicBee. These buttons no longer work either. Though they use to.Do they work in other applications such as Spotify?I'm still convinced that this is a core Windows issue and not the plugin. You could try a portable MB installation to test it. I think it’s clearly a scam, I can also think that it might be a Chinese factory selling On Cloud shoes for cheap. With these types of scams, I use a simple test.
