I’ve tried contact the company via email and it’s been 4 days without response despite the fact they advertise they have 24/7 customer support. Force offline files sync. I’ve tried looking their phone number up online and all the contact info is deactivated. Needless to say alllll my sensitive photos and videos are gone now and I have no way to recover them. I’d expect more from a company found in the Apple App Store!

I'd also suggest getting a password manager such as 1Password. It will create complex passwords that are easy to change if necessary. You only need to remember one password to get into 1Password. And yes, you need to install it on your computer first and share out whatever folders/files you want first.First method to connect is via IP address of your host computer. This method only works if you are on the same LAN.Or alternatively, if you enable the access shared folders via the Internet option (sorry forgot which tab it is on the server settings), it will give you a server PIN. I believe the latest version, this option is still in beta, but I've tried it and it works. You can access your content from anywhere with this. Don't forget you may need to forward the AirVideo port on your router though.

I think that the only solution for now is to turn off the multi-factor authentication, and rely on only a password.
