I ordered a very expensive TV (the price was good, for which they get 1-star) but when it arrived the screen was cracked, even though the packaging was in good condition and I had no reason to refuse the delivery. After 2 months of haggling, Pixmania say it is my responsibility and they will not refund me. Do they seriously expect you to unpackage such items and examine in detail while the delivery driver waits patiently? Anyway, I am protected by EU law, and I will now file a legal complaint against the company. What’s more, I will win the case since the law is on my side. The problem is that Pixmania are being very cynical by forcing me to go through a long and time-consuming legal action, rather than doing the honest thing.
