I change phones and the app stop.The router I am using is a verzion router. Knowing WHICH network however would be helpful. When there are issues, I get the message that says something like “ooops, something went wrong” and I can’t log in. It never leaves me signed in. I’m trying to logon to the parent app from my phone. I can log into the My Verzion app, but not the smart family app. I'm using the same username/password for both. The message I see when trying to log in is "The My Verizon ID, phone number or passwordComments
