I do live in Canada and previously I had 3 of my 5 weather widgets set to places in Canada and it was great. I have tried deleting them and then recreating them and they won't go to a Canadian city. I then tried London, Bangkok etc. and I had the same problem. I am thinking that it is not just because the places are in Canada. I am getting the same thing on my MBP. I am using the widget that is the default weather widget. At this point I am thinking that it is a problem with El Capitan but I am not positive about that. of 1 Weather Widget.
