Hola, primero que nada, les adjunto fotos de mi zune para que entiendan perfectamente el problema, sucede que mi zune funcionaba de maravilla, hasta que decidi actualizarlo a la ultima version, todo salio bien, pero inmediatamente despues marco el error 5 que decia contacte a servicio tecnico,,, ahi esta la primera imagen, ahora,, despues de ver a servicio tecnico me indican que debo formatear completamente el zune, y me dicen que debo de reiniciar el zune con las teclas retroceso, la tecla arriba del pad y inmediatamente cuando inicie apretar retroceso, el boton de enmedio y la tecla de la izquierda, pero lamentablemente solo me aparece una imagen como la siguiente solamente me aparece una pantallita negra, un logotipo de una bateria y dentro de la bateria un enchufe, pero es todo!!! y tengo conectado el aparato en carga, pero van mas de 4 horas y no sucede nada,,, ayudenme como formateo completamente mi zune????? o como kito ese logotipo?? ke significa LA BATERIA CON UN ENCHUFE DENTRO???
